Hey! I like starting the day with a strong coffee and a quick look at new finds at the flea market, then often sit down for a game of chess to keep my mind sharp. In the evening I usually head out for salsa or bachata – the music and movement lift my mood right away and make me feel fully alive. Ice swimming is my little ritual that wakes me up properly and leaves me with a quiet sense of pride.
