Terms of use

1. General
The Zauroczeni.pl service (the “Service”) lets you browse profiles and, after registration, get in touch with other people. The operator of the Service is the entity running zauroczeni.pl. Using the Service means you accept these terms.

2. Nature of the service
The Service is recreational and presentational. Profiles, photos and descriptions introduce the portal. They are not a binding offer and do not guarantee a relationship. Some features (messages, contact details, full gallery) are available only after you create an account with the Service’s partner.

3. Acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, not impersonate others, and not publish illegal, abusive or discriminatory content. Automated scraping, attacks on the site and spam or fraud are forbidden.

4. Accounts and content
The operator may refuse the service, restrict access or remove an account or content if these terms or the law are broken. You are responsible for content you publish.

5. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. The operator is not liable for downtime, third-party acts, other users’ profiles or contacts made outside the Service, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

6. Changes
The operator may change these terms and the Service. The current version is always on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

7. Governing law
Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law, unless mandatory rules of your country of residence say otherwise.
