Privacy policy
How Zauroczeni.pl processes personal data (GDPR).
1. Controller
The controller of data of people visiting Zauroczeni.pl is the operator of zauroczeni.pl. For privacy matters use the Contact page.
2. Data we collect
When you browse: IP address, browser, language, approximate location (from IP, to show a region on the page), entry source (e.g. a Facebook campaign tag), visit time and basic server logs. After you register with the partner: the data you enter in the account form, under that partner’s terms.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Technical data: to display the site, keep it secure, set language, compile visit statistics and settle ad campaigns (legitimate interest — GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Registration data: to perform the service (Art. 6(1)(b)).
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies (language, session, a visit flag so the same visit is not counted twice). They are not used to sell your data. You can restrict cookies in your browser; some features may then work less well.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with the hosting provider, analytics tools and the partner where you create an account (only as needed to provide the service), and with public authorities where the law requires it.
6. Retention
Logs and campaign stats are kept as long as needed for billing and security, then anonymised or deleted. Account data until the account is deleted or you request erasure, subject to legal duties.
7. Your rights
You may access, rectify, erase or restrict processing of your data, object, request portability, and lodge a complaint with the Polish DPA (UODO). Use the Contact page. We do not take solely automated decisions with legal effects based on visit profiling.
8. Changes
The current policy is published on this page. Material changes will be announced on the site.
