Hey, sometimes I disappear for a whole weekend with knitting needles and a new sweater pattern or pack my backpack and head into the mountains where the trails pull me in completely. Then I come back energized with stories from the hikes, ready to share them while strumming the guitar in the evening. In everyday life I enjoy those moments when the knitting rests on my lap during a movie and the next day I hit the trail again for fresh air and new views. I’m looking for someone who has their own passions – doesn’t have to be the same as mine – and respects that I sometimes need that space. I value independence but love closeness in the evenings and unhurried talks or quiet time together.
