Hey there. Most mornings I lace up and head out for a run through the city, then come back energized to tend to the pots on my balcony and the plants I’ve been growing for a few seasons now. Podcasts keep me company on long walks around the streets, and when the weekend stretches out I pack the tent and head off camping, sometimes with a squash racket in the trunk. I like this pace – active but unhurried, full of small rituals that give the day flavor.
