Hey, in my daily rhythm I really enjoy the quiet moments when I sit with knitting needles and make something cozy for winter evenings, while my houseplants sit nearby waiting to be watered and repotted. In the morning I stretch with yoga to start the day right, and from time to time I pick up brushes and paint something that later hangs on the wall.
