Hi, in my everyday life I mix calm moments with movement and creativity. I often sit at the sewing machine making new things or design jewelry and light soy candles that fill the room with a warm scent. It’s my way of switching off and creating something of my own. I regularly go to Zumba because I enjoy feeling my body warm up and gain energy. In the evenings I sometimes play chess or listen to true crime stories, which relaxes me perfectly after an active day.
