Hey, after work I usually pick up knitting needles and yarn, because knitting gives me that calm rhythm nothing else can replace. In between I bake bread, since the smell of fresh loaves just lifts the mood at home. Morning meditation and evening guitar playing keep me balanced. Sometimes I head to an art gallery or catch an independent film to see something beyond the usual stuff.
