Hey, I kick off the day with yoga for that calm focus and then dive straight into an ice bath to feel properly alive. My kitchen turns into an Asian cuisine playground where I mix spices, try fresh recipes and plan culinary trips that always end with a bag of local ingredients and plenty of stories. Scandinavian design shapes my space – clean lines, lots of light and zero clutter.
