Hey, I like having a plan for the weekend in my head, but I like it even more when someone asks about mine and we build something together from it. In everyday life I sit down with brushes and paints, sometimes throw clay on the pottery wheel or mix soy wax to light a candle that actually smells good. I read non-fiction because I like understanding how things really work, and paint-by-numbers gives me calm when I need to clear my head. On skis I feel space and quiet that I later miss in the city. I value when the other person says straight out what they think and need – then you can build something that makes sense and doesn’t rely on guessing. I’m looking for a man who wants the same kind of closeness: without drama, but with respect for what both people feel. If you feel like writing what’s caught your attention lately – a book, a trip, or just an idea for a shared afternoon – I’ll gladly read it and reply. Maybe that’s how we start.
