Hi there, in my daily rhythm I especially enjoy the quiet moments with my houseplants – watering and repotting gives me a sense of nurturing something small and beautiful. In the evenings I often reach for a book or work on puzzles, and at the cinema I choose independent films that stay with me for a while. Once a week I play squash to get properly tired, and on free Saturdays I volunteer because I like seeing tangible results from helping.
