Hey, I like starting the day with a bit of meditation by the window, then hopping on my bike to grab fresh coriander or ginger at the market. In the evening I cook something Asian, experiment with sauces and spices, put on a vinyl record and arrange crystals around my small aquarium. It’s my quiet ritual that turns an ordinary night into something nicer.
