Hey! I’m someone who likes mixing daily movement with moments when I can sit and focus on something hands-on. In the mornings I often grab my bike and head out of town because it’s the best way to get energy for the rest of the day. In the evenings I pick up the knitting needles – knitting calms me down and gives a real result after a few hours. When more people gather, we set up a board game on the table and spend the night laughing and thinking strategically. On weekends I try to get away somewhere for a short trip to change the scenery and see something new.
