Hey! I love making things with my own hands and can’t imagine a weekend without fresh bread in the oven – mixing the ingredients, waiting for the dough to rise, then slicing a warm piece with butter. I play guitar when the evening is quiet, and during the week I try to fit in squash to really tire myself out. Mindfulness helps me slow down and notice the small things that actually feel good.
