Hi. I spend quite a bit of time in the garden, turning the soil and watching things grow at their own pace. It brings me calm and reminds me that not everything can be rushed. I also keep a few crystals on the windowsill – they’re just there, no big meaning, but nice to look at. On free afternoons I grab my racket and play tennis because moving outdoors clears my head.
