Hi there. I enjoy company but also need quiet time after busy days. In the kitchen I cook plant-based meals, testing spices and flavors, then sit down with a vinyl record playing. Learning languages is part of my routine because it opens books and conversations that feel different in original words. Squash keeps me moving and clears my head after work. Coffee is a small morning ritual with different brewing methods, and in winter I head to the mountains for skiing and fresh air.
