Hey, after a morning run or a pilates session I feel my body and mind working in the same rhythm. Then I come home, turn on some mindfulness and calmly plan the rest of the day. In the evening I sing in the choir – that’s my way of stepping away from routine and feeling I’m creating something together with others. When I have a spare moment I dive into true crime or trace another branch of the family tree, because I like knowing where we come from. I enjoy looking good and feeling attractive in my own skin, because it gives me lightness and confidence. I’m looking for a well-groomed, elegant man who knows how to behave and carries that spark of a gentleman.
