I like slow mornings that sometimes turn into an ice bath to wake up body and mind. In the evenings I sketch architecture, catching the details of old facades and bridges with a pencil – it gives me calm after a busy day. Podcasts play in the background during walks or cooking, and on some weekends I volunteer because small actions can really matter.
