Hey, after 10 p.m. it’s always quiet at my place – that’s sacred downtime for me. On weekends though, I can easily stay out until morning without any guilt. I love these contrasts: a morning run, then hours spent building little forests in jars, followed by a wine tasting with someone who can talk about anything. Climbing and badminton keep my energy high, and I like to spend it in completely different ways later.
