Hey! In the morning I start with stretching so I can feel everything waking up and settling into its own rhythm. Then I often strap on my rollerblades and just glide forward, catching the breeze and smiling at the people I pass. In the evening I sit down with a really good cup of coffee and sometimes check what the stars say—astrology is my little ritual that adds flavor to ordinary days. I like that lightness and energy that comes from movement and small pleasures.
