Right after waking up I think about doing something for myself – usually I grab my racket and head to squash, because those fast rallies give me a feeling of lightness and strength for the whole day. Back home I sit with the paper and solve a crossword, which helps me calm down and focus on words. In the evening I often go to the cinema or open my sketchbook to draw building facades that caught my eye during a walk. Astrology comes into my day quite naturally – I check planetary alignments when planning something important and enjoy noticing how they subtly shape our mood.
