I usually spend my evenings at the table making jewelry – picking stones, mixing colors and feeling satisfied when a piece finally looks the way I pictured it. It helps me unwind after the day. In the mornings I take time for meditation, and on quiet afternoons I spread out a puzzle and lose track of time completely.
