Hey, I’m loyal and value closeness, but I also need my own space so I don’t lose myself in a relationship. Every day I make time to bake bread, which is a real relaxation ritual for me, and afterwards I often hop on my bike to ride through the woods and catch some fresh air. Creating terrariums is my small hobby that helps me stay present and practice mindfulness in everyday life. In the evenings I sometimes do Zumba to keep my body moving after a long day.
