Hey, I’m Laura. After work I usually recharge with my houseplants – checking leaves, watering, sometimes repotting, which gives me quiet and the feeling that something is growing because of me. Other days I grab my rollerblades and head to the river to move a bit, or I put on a true crime podcast and do my nails because that’s my small ritual just for myself. I can be really social and go to a choir concert or meet friends, but I also need to disappear with a book and not speak to anyone for the whole weekend.
