Hi there. In everyday life I often start by finding a new café and enjoying a good cup of coffee in peace, because that’s when I can truly slow down. In the evenings I head out for salsa or bachata – dancing gives me energy and lightness nothing else can replace. Other times I set up board games, since playing together is my favorite way to laugh, enjoy light competition and build a connection without rushing.
