I like starting the day with yoga on the mat, then heading out for a run that clears my head and fuels the rest of it. Evenings often find me at the pottery wheel, clay under my fingers, focus and quiet turning into shapes that sometimes surprise even me. Music playing low, a book nearby, and a round of golf on the weekend keep things balanced. I’m looking for a man who enjoys these tangible, everyday rhythms too – a walk in the park, talking while hands are in clay, or comfortable silence that doesn’t need filling.
