Hi there! In the evenings I often sit at the sewing machine and turn fabric scraps into simple dresses or shirts I wear every day. It brings me real satisfaction and the feeling that I’m shaping my own world. Herbal medicine is my second ritual – I blend dried leaves and flowers, brew teas for different moments and always have something on hand that lifts the mood.
