I usually start the day with a bit of stretching by the open window before the sun is fully up. After that I often head to second-hand shops, digging through racks for sweaters with character, old ceramics or books with notes in the margins. In the garden I spend hours replanting and watching things grow at their own pace. Evenings I either do a crossword or arrange a few crystals on the table, nothing fancy, just because it feels good. When winter hits I grab my snowboard and disappear to the mountains for a while. I’m looking for a man who doesn’t mind these slower, slightly quirky habits and enjoys slowing down himself now and then.
