Hey! I’m a girl who enjoys simplicity and small daily rituals that give energy. In the morning or after work I jump into cold water for ice bathing because nothing wakes me up so well and leaves that fresh feeling for the rest of the day. In the evening I often put on a true crime episode and with a cup of tea try to solve the mystery together with the hosts. When I feel like moving, I grab my skateboard and head to the park or the river, just to feel the wind and freedom.
