During the week I often drop everything and head out to dance salsa or bachata, and when winter hits I grab my swimsuit and jump into the sea – cold water swimming gives me so much energy that the rest of the day feels lighter. In summer I switch to long city walks and tennis matches, in winter to snowboarding. I go all in when something fits and expect the same.
