I’m Helena. Some evenings I spend shaping clay on the wheel – there’s a quiet focus in it and a little thrill when the form finally holds. Other days I put on music and move through pole dance sequences because the strength and rhythm make me feel fully present. Afterwards I often reach for a book, and when the mood strikes I head out, walking through the city and stopping at bars to catch whatever music is playing and whatever stories people are sharing. I hold my own opinions and speak up for them, but a well-reasoned point can shift my view – what matters is the exchange, not winning. I’m looking for a man who thinks clearly, listens well, and doesn’t treat disagreement like a contest. Someone I can talk with for an hour about a book or why certain streets smell different at night, then simply keep walking together.
