Hi, I’m Eliza. I enjoy picking up new skills at my own pace and seeing something take shape in my hands – lately I’ve been spending a lot of time at the pottery wheel, shaping clay and feeling good when a form starts to emerge. After work I often reach for knitting needles to make something simple, or I pick up the guitar and listen to a podcast that pulls me in. That’s my favorite way to reset without rushing.
