Hi! In the morning I unroll my mat and spend an hour focusing on my breath, then I sit at the pottery wheel and shape clay into something that might later stand on a shelf. In the afternoon I often lace up comfortable shoes and take a long walk among the trees while listening to an interesting podcast. My skateboard sits in the corner waiting for the moment I feel like a quick ride through the park. On weekends I drop by art galleries to see what’s new. I like spontaneous decisions and people who don’t wait for someone else to start.
