I like surrounding myself with houseplants because they give me a quiet daily ritual of care, and then I grab my backpack and head out for a mountain hike – nothing beats standing on a summit after hours of walking and watching the world stretch out below. In winter I switch to skis, in summer I plan weekend getaways, and reformer pilates keeps me strong so all of it feels effortless.
