Hey. I have my little rituals that give the days flavour – in the morning I water the balcony herbs and watch them grow, and on weekends I scour flea markets for old glassware or quirky pots. In the evening I might listen to a true crime podcast while planning the next wine tasting with friends. I like that mix of calm and curiosity because it keeps me feeling whole.
