Hey, I like the balance between activity and calm and that’s how I shape my days. In the evenings I often sit at the sewing machine, fixing something old or making something new, because it gives me satisfaction and a quiet mind. I also play chess, sometimes online, sometimes at the table with someone who enjoys thinking two moves ahead.
