Hi, after 10 p.m. the house needs to stay quiet, that’s my rule, but on weekends I happily turn it into a long evening with board games and a glass of wine. I cook mostly plant-based meals because that’s what I enjoy most, then I often sit with a crossword or put on a vinyl record and sketch a building from the window. I like these contrasts in everyday life – a calm night in and suddenly a spontaneous wine tasting or heading out into the city.
