Hi there. I enjoy mixing quiet time with real closeness when something genuine can be shared. Mornings often find me at the canvas painting whatever comes to mind, then I move to the garden to weed the beds and check on the herbs. In the evening I put on music and flow into intuitive dance without any fixed steps, just to loosen body and mind. Afterwards I like to open a bottle of wine and sit in a Scandinavian-styled space while listening to the birds outside.
