Hey, in everyday life I often sit down with paints and a canvas because painting gives me space to quiet down and focus properly. Making jewelry lets me play with details and colors that I later wear or give away. I meditate regularly in the morning to handle whatever the day brings, and on weekends I head out on mountain trails – that’s when it’s easiest to gain perspective and breathe. I also enjoy cooking plant-based meals and listening to podcasts that broaden how I see the world.
