I like starting the day with a quiet breath before everything speeds up. Meditation and mindfulness keep me steady, while the occasional winter swim gives me a rush of energy that lasts. In the evenings I sometimes go bar-hopping, listen to music and just enjoy being out. Friends say I’m a warm blanket with personality – caring but not naive.
