Hi, I like keeping my days organized and planning things ahead, yet once duties are done I switch straight to unwinding. In the kitchen I mix ingredients for homemade cakes, making sure everything stays natural and fragrant. Then I often grab my rollerblades and head out, feeling the wind and motion, or I unroll the mat and do pilates so both body and mind can rest. Sometimes I pick up a brush and paint by numbers because it brings quiet satisfaction when the picture is finished.
